Air Force One (1997)

On board the presidential plane President James Marshall (Harrison Ford) announces that the United States will no longer negotiate with terrorist groups, nor will the nation be afraid to stand up to them.
But no sooner have they lifted off on the way home, a small band of Communist radicals, led by the ruthless terrorist Korshunov (Gary Oldman), penetrated the presidential plane's security system and hijacked Air Force One-the most heavily guarded aircraft in the world.

Unless his country’s imprisoned dictator, General Ivan Radek (Jürgen Prochnow)is freed, Korshunov will start killing passengers. Now, the most protected man in the world must take responsibility himself for the safety of his wife, daughter, all government officials onboard and the future of the free world. The Vice President (Glenn Close) manages the situation from Washington and wondering who on the plane has survived.


With high-stakes action and suspense, and featuring William Macy, Lesel Matthew, Wendy Crewson, J.A. Preston, Paul Guilfoyle, Dean Stockwell and Xander Berkeley, Air Force One is sky-height thrills at Mach speed.
